The concept behind this album was reason enough to purchase it. Then you add the brilliant line up, the art . . . I mean we haven’t gotten to the music yet. When you do, you could almost forget everything else (but you don’t!) Like waking from, but not departing, a beautifully demented dream, this is music to escape into, because you don’t really want to fully wake from a dream this beautifully demented, improvised with deliberation, you don’t want it to end Then it does, and you go again.
